Start the summer season off with delicious food and spend an evening surrounded by floral landscapes and event to benefit the Winfield Public Library.  Bring your friends and family, make it an outing for Mother's Day, or a fun date night.   Savor a gourmet picnic basket outside at dusk under the lights, music and the sounds of nature.   Grab one of our blankets and set up your picnic in one of our many areas of the Gardens.  Table and chair seating will be available upon request.  
 
Picnic baskets include a gourmet charcuterie board from Elderslie Farms, delectable dessert and custom watermelon basil botanical beverage .  Elderslie Farms' curated and prepared cheese and charcuterie boards are built around the handcrafted cheese made in their Creamery from the milk of their goats and Faye Farms Ayrshire cows, both grass-fed.  The above photos are examples of Elderslie Farms' charcuterie boards, but actual charcuterie boards will vary.
 
Wine and beer will be available for purchase.
 
It’s an evening to enjoy!  Space is limited and pre-registration is required.  A portion of the proceeds will go to benefit the Winfield Public Library. 
 
The Winfield Public Library has served the local community for over 110 years and provides materials and opportunities for life-long learning and including a wide range of programs and services for our community.
